PIPES THROUGH THE MEMBRANE PIPE FLASHING

STEP 1
Pull the pipe flashing firmly over the top of the pipe. Locate the ribbed band directly above the top of the pipe and cut along the top edge.
Pull the pipe flashing down into its final position so that the underside tape sits on the membrane.
Place the jubilee clip between the first and second band and tighten. Mark around the bottom of the pipe flashing using a pencil or scribe.
STEP 2
Pull the pipe flashing up and apply EPDM primer using a scrubbing pad.
STEP 3
Once the primer is touch dry remove the protective film from the underside of the pipe flashing and attach to the membrane.
STEP 4
Using a seam roller apply pressure to the base of the pipe flashing to achieve a good bond. Cut off and discard any excess metal strap on the jubilee clip.
