STEP 1
Ensure that the membrane around the pipe/penetration is clean, dry and free from dust or debris.
Apply EPDM edge sealant where the pipe box pocket will be located.
STEP 2
Clip the pipe box pocket together around the pipe/penetration and carefully lower onto the lap sealant.
STEP 3
Carefully open the tub of primer and thoroughly stir.
Apply the EPDM primer using a paintbrush to all internal surfaces of the pipe box pocket, membrane and pipe/ penetration.
STEP 4
Wait approximately 5 minutes (depending on temperature) for the primer to become touch dry and then carefully pour the one part pourable sealant into the pipe box pocket until it is full to the top.
STEP 5
After approximately one hour, apply a bead of lap sealant between the membrane and the bottom of the pipe box pocket to fully seal.
