FIXING THE EPDM RUBBER ROOF MEMBRANE – SHED RUBBER

STEP 1

Fold back half of the membrane or sheet onto itself to expose the timber deck underneath.

Apply the WBA Deck Adhesive evenly over the roof deck with the Roller supplied.

With the adhesive still wet, roll the membrane back into position using a soft broom to ensure no air is trapped underneath the sheet and to ease out any creases.

Repeat the process for the other half of the roof.

STEP 2

Cut off any excess membrane using sharp scissors or a knife, leaving approximately 50mm overhang.

STEP 3

Fold the rubber sheet back on itself and fix it using galvanised clout nails.
