EPDM offers a shelf life of over 50 years. 

Rubber Roofing Direct offers warranties based upon the roofing system. This is only available to a certified installer that has attended our training courses in Dorking Surrey. The reason for this is we cannot guarantee a roofing material that is incorrectly fitted as any leaks or damage is more likely to be the fault of the installer rather than the rubber material.

Our guarantee covers the full range of EPDM brands we stock including our own in house brand Flexi Proof which offers a fantastic 25-year membrane warranty.

To apply for our warranty we require photographic evidence of the roof, so we can see that it has been installed correctly and a completed warranty form as evidence and we will issue a guarantee to the roof owner.
