Our Metal Edge Trims are a cost effective way to add a clean and simple high quality finish to your roof perimeter. The trims feature a drip return on the bottom and are available with a black plastisol finish and leather grain effect.

Each of our metal roof edge trims is 3 metres long and available in heights between 75 mm and 175 mm (in 25 mm increments). If ordered with fixings, they will include 5 RB fasteners as well. We also have a metal joiner for a neat transition between each metal EPDM trim.

Alongside our metal rubber roofing trims, we also have Metal Wall Flashing Trims — a cost effective alternative to lead flashing that can prevent water from running down the back of the EPDM roof membrane where it meets a wall or parapet.

It features a high quality foam strip that acts as a sealant by creating a watertight compression seal with FlexiProof Fleece Backed EPDM roof membranes.

Also part of the Integra Trim Solid range, our rubber roofing Gutter Trim can easily be fitted onto the roof fascia via its back plate. The compression seal foam strip on the front then joins with the FlexiProof Fleece Backed membrane to create an effective EPDM drip edge with a watertight seal.

This uPVC trim also has a matching corner profile set, with both Internal and External Gutter Trim Corners available. This rubber roof corner trim can be quickly glued into place when you install your rubber roof drip edge.

If you need a compression seal for upstands and other roofing materials, our extruded aluminium termination bar is a great solution.

The 3 m x 25 mm bar can be cut to any length with ease and features pre-punched holes in 150 mm increments. It also includes 21 fixings.

We recommend using this in conjunction with a Water Block Mastic and Lap Edge Sealant.
