Description
We have designed these roof kits for a 4-sided free standing garage , with the gutter drip on the front and Kerb trim on the remaining three sides as indicated.
Included in Kit:
- 1.14mm or 1.52mm FlexiProof One piece EPDM Membrane (Size per kit chosen)
- Water Based Adhesive to adhere membrane to the centre of the roof deck
- Contact Bonding Adhesive to adhere to the Perimeter of roof deck to membrane
- Gutter Drip Trim (including Joiners & Fixings)
- Raised Kerb Trim (including Joiners & Fixings)
- Corner Profiles
- DIY Installation Kit
The Membrane size provided will be the same as the kit size. Therefore, your roof size will need to be smaller to allow for overhang e.g., 2.5m x 2.8m roof kit will fit an actual roof size no larger than 2.2m x 2.5m
