We have designed these roof kits for where a flat roof meets a a house wall on the far back and right and the gutter on the left hand side of the roof.

Included in Kit:
1.2mm ClassicBond EPDM Membrane (Size per kit chosen)
Water Based Adhesive to adhere membrane to the center of the roof deck
Contact Bonding Adhesive to adhere to the Perimeter of roof deck to membrane
Wall Flashing Trim to flash the membrane against a house wall
Sure Edge Gutter Drip Trim (including Joiners & Fixings)
Sure Edge Check Kerb (including Joiners & Fixings)
Sure Edge Corner Profiles
EPDM Flashing Tape Patches & primer for both back corners where the deck meets the house wall
DIY Installation Kit

The Membrane size provided will be the same as the kit size. Therefore your roof size will need to be smaller to allow for overhang
e.g. 2.5m x 2.8m roof kit will fit an actual roof size no larger then 2.2m x 2.5m
