It has been widely reported that there are some shortages and lead time challenges throughout the construction product industry.

We are working hard with our suppliers to ensure we have our products available within reasonable lead times however now we have to advise on delays on the following products:

ALL PVC Raised Kerb Upstand Trims – Estimated stock arrival – Friday 6th August.

We are still accepting orders for these products and will be dispatched once the product comes back into stock.

Due to an increased order volume and the impact of covid-19. It may take longer then usual to fulfil your order. We are working to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

The delivery of goods the next working day is our aim, however please note that this is an aspiration, and is not guaranteed as it is subject to a number of factors including reliability of the parcel / pallet carriers, NHS Test and Trace Pings reducing depot capacity, adverse weather conditions (such as floods) etc and is an estimate only, given in good faith.

As you may have seen in the news recently there is a nation wide shortage of HGV drivers, due to this it is impacting the handling times for our couriers and suppliers.

Please be aware there can be small delays in the courier network, and we are now advising customers to allow 2-5 working days for your order to be delivered.

Due to unprecedented demand, our courier customer services team is experiencing exceptional levels of calls which is resulting in long hold times and delays speaking to couriers for updates on shipments. This is due an increase of NHS Test & Trace pings and depots working with skeleton staff.

The demand on our couriers’ network is also resulting in split deliveries of your order, we strongly recommend that you do not arrange for contractors until you have received your goods.

Our couriers currently are making deliveries between 8am and 6pm, Monday - Friday – however deliveries outside these hours may be still be made.
